The following forms and information are required for Wilderness Quest Programs. Our office must receive all items before the student can enter the program (no exceptions).

ALL paperwork needs to be in the Wilderness Quest office for review before the student can enter the program.

Program tuition is $360 per day (includes $2500 for the 3 day family program). Payment for the first 50 days $18,000.00 is required prior to admission. All equipment is included in the tuition.

A cashier's check made out to Wilderness Quest, Inc. or direct deposit for the balance of the tuition is due prior to admission.
Credit Cards accepted, VISA and MasterCard. (Service charge of 12% per annum will be charged on all accounts 21 days past due.)

Wilderness Quest is JCAHO accredited. We take clients on a first-come, first-serve basis and we do not discriminate due to race, religion or sex. If families would like Wilderness Quest staff to assist in filing a claim with their insurance company, they must first follow the guidelines on the information sheet included in this information packet.

Transportation: Clients may fly from Denver to the Cortez, Colorado airport (970) 565-9510. Blackhawk (435) 678-3224 offers shuttle service from Cortez to Monticello. For hotels, WQ has special rates at the Canyonlands Motor Inn (435)587-2266 and Day's Inn across the street (435) 587-2458. Transportation must be coordinated with the Admissions Office. Students being escorted to WQ by transportation teams must deliver student to designated location

Wilderness Quest staff members can meet students at the airport for an additional $300.00. We must have a description of the clothing student will be wearing. Please do not bring unnecessary luggage.

Students should only have enough money during the flight to pay for necessary meals.
