ALL paperwork needs to be in the Wilderness Quest office for review before the student can enter the program.

Wilderness Quest is JCAHO accredited. We take clients on a first-come, first-serve basis and we do not discriminate due to race, religion or sex. If families would like Wilderness Quest staff to assist in filing a claim with their insurance company, they must first follow the guidelines on the information sheet included in this information packet.
Transportation: Clients may fly from Denver to the Moab, Utah airport. Transportation must be coordinated with the Admissions Office. Students being escorted to WQ by transportation teams must deliver student to designated location
Students should only have enough money during the flight to pay for necessary meals.
